The TumTum Tree Foundation provides funding to support a week of summer camp for children with sickle cell disease. The Sickle Cell Foundation has been providing education, testing, counseling to the public, and psychosocial services to affected individuals and their families since 1978. Until a universal cure is found, the foundation is committed to reducing morbidity and mortality associated with sickle cell disease through education and advocacy.
